About Elisabet
Elisabet is a Senior UX Designer, Mentor, and Facilitator in Creativity, Innovation, and Well-being, with over 10 years of experience in product design, user research, and creative facilitation across startups, government, enterprise, and corporate wellness environments.
She guides individuals and teams to think clearly, collaborate better, and solve complex challenges creatively through design, mindfulness, and play (LEGO® Serious Play®).
She currently works for the Government of Alberta and is the founder of Designfulness™, a holistic approach that brings presence, creativity, and human connection back into how we live and work, supporting communication, collaboration, and better decision-making in complex systems.
