Design Sprints are nothing new. But over the years, many new updates and improvements have helped Sprints remain a valuable validation tool.
These updates make Design Sprints faster, help teams avoid the trap of pre-determined solutions, and harness new prototyping methods.
And with this year's release of the book "Click," the creators of the Design Sprint have introduced something brand new: Foundation Sprints.
If you have a big idea or often venture into new territory at work, let me show you the latest ways to validate ideas during this one-day Design Sprint. I'll also introduce a better way to start Design Sprints and projects using activities from the new Foundation Sprint.
Design Sprints are a team sport. Come on out and join one!
